- Starchy veg free (no potatoes of any kind)
- The only sweeteners used are honey and fruit
- Only use aged cheeses such as parmesan, gouda, or cheddar, not fresh cheeses such as mozzarella
GAPS Recipes often include:
- Fermented foods
- Cultured raw dairy
- Naturally raised meat

Hi! Thank you for hosting!
Today I shared a summer vegetable side dish with turnips and carrots. I think this is Stage 2.
I also shared my plain sponge cake recipe which is probably suitable for someone on a full GAPS diet.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Vicky
Thanks again for hosting Joy! I linked up to three posts this week that I thought my help some other GAPSters out:
A better way to clean your carpet when you are trying to remove toxins from your life

A typical day in our life on GAPS (older post); [I could never get enough of other GAPS stories and devoured all I could find.]

I added my recipe for lactofermented asparagus. I think this will be a great blog carnival!
This week I’m sharing my loosely-related 10 Ways to Reduce Stress Naturally post, as well as my very-related post on 8 Ways to Get Enough Carbs on GAPS. Enjoy!
HI,
This is a great idea I will bookmark this carnival! I shared my string beans with currant balsamic dressing — an advanced dish for GAPS.
Hi and thank you for hosting!
This week I’m sharing my recipe for Hibiscus Tea. Sipping a frosty iced tea is one of the simple joys of summer, and hibiscus elevates the experience to sublime refreshment.
Have a great weekend!
Wow! Thanks to you all for such great recipes. They all look amazing.
